Douglas LaMont Dawson was born on September 16, 1956 in Akron, Ohio. Second child and first son of Leonard and Gwendolyn Dawson, both of whom preceded him in death. Doug is survived by his lifelong friend and wife of 11 years, Javon M. Allen. Doug leaves a legacy as proud father to daughter, Ne’Ambi N. Dawson and son, Dion L. Dawson. Beloved brother of Regina (Dwayne) Billups, Eric Dawson, Torria (Steven) Randall, Yolanda Dawson of St. Paul, Minnesota and Felecia (Jerald) Murray of Tampa, Florida. Loving nephew of Carol Dawson, Inez Dawson of St. Paul, Deborah (Kenneth) Thomas of San Antonio, Texas, Nedradine Hill, Eloise Mosely and family, of Akron, Ohio and Marcella Scruggs of Oakland.
Viewing/Walk through begins at 10:30am & ends at 12:30pm
