Philando Castile's Great Aunt Helen L. Vaughn was born December 4, 1922, in a little town known as McAlester, Oklahoma to John Ed Vaugh and Gertrude Reuben. Ms. Reuben decided to move her children to the big city of St Louis, Missouri. where Helen grew up a beautiful woman.
